Refund policy

At Minx London we have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund request after the 3 days .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have the final decision on wether or not we deem your refund request reason warrants a refund. We will let you know the final decision via email response to your initial refund request email or via telephone. Item sizes are clearly listed on our products, be sure to check measurements before making purchases, refunds and exchanges are not provided to customers whom purchase incorrect sizes (for example, if buyer purchases a size 6 ring yet they are a size 8 we will not exchange or refund, another example if buyer purchases a size medium dress and they are a size large... again, we will not exchange or refund for this reason.

All jewellery and clothing sizes are listed correctly and clothing descriptions or clothing charts display sizes correctly 'plus/minus 1-2cm), Please choose correct measurements before purchasing or message us for more information regarding sizes before purchase as we will not refund for incorrect size choice.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@londonminx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, payment of return shipping cost must be made by you the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Costs

If we do decide to grant your request for return, we will not cover costs for return shipping, we will also deduct initial shipping costs from the refund amount. For clothing returns additional costs may be deducted from the refund total to cover dry cleaning expenses. For jewellery returns additional costs may be deducted from the refund total to cover re polish expenses.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), Intimate items, body jewellery, jewellery and clothing. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns or exchanges whereby customers purchase items which are incorrect size for example 'they find that the items are too big or too small, because all items are carefully measured and measurements are clearly described or displayed in listing via the listing description or the listing image size chart or the listing purchase selection tab.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (after refund request/return approval) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or we will simply send out agreed exchange item/items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please do not return items until your refund request has been approved via email. Purchases under £42.00 will not be refunded unless approved during the refund request process.
